If you order something with us that doesn't fit, or maybe it's not quite how you imagined, no stress! You have 14 days to decide if it’s right for you. If you decide you need to return it, just make sure you send us an email at info@sanctclothing.com and send it back to us within that 14 day timeframe (post it within 14 days). Unfortunately, after 14 days it is no longer able to be returned.
Custom Pieces
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges for styles custom fit to your measurements (unless faulty), please take this into consideration when you are taking your measurements at home and get in touch at info@sanctclothing.com if you need assistance.
Please note that if you wish to exchange an item you should follow the returns process and place a new order for the items you wish to exchange for.
To be eligible for a return, your Sanct item/s must be returned in original condition, unused/unwashed in original packaging (tags attached).
Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund (unless faulty).
To initiate a return, get in touch at info@sanctclothing.com to let us know what you are sending back. Please include your original order number (sent via email when you first ordered), as well as specifying which item/s you are returning. Once your email request has been submitted you can send the item/s back to us.
You will need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus any shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
Faulty Items
Goods are deemed faulty if they are received damaged or incorrectly manufactured. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or improper laundering are not considered faulty. Goods deemed faulty are eligible for exchange of the exact product style and size that was originally ordered (if available) or a full refund (including shipping).
If you have received a faulty item, please get in touch ASAP at info@sanctclothing.com so we can make this right for you!
Repairs
Sanct garments are built to last! However natural wear and tear is sometimes unavoidable.
We offer lifetime repairs on eligible Sanct pieces within Australia.
Please send us an email at info@sanctclothing.com with images of your garment and your original order number/confirmation of purchase (sent via email when you first ordered).
If we assess that your garment is repairable at our studio we will organise for you to post it back to us for complimentary repair.
You will need to cover the postage for your item.

Please note, if you are not in Australia but want repair advice on a Sanct item, feel free to still get in touch! Our aim is to keep Sanct garments on bodies and out of landfill.
